In the YouTube video “10 Unbelievable Future Technologies That Will Change the World in Your Lifetime”, by NATGEO, we learn about futuristic technologies. The 10 technology’s they listed were: the smart fridge, hearing as you touch, smart bra, the vomit inducing flashlight, invisibility cloak, cloning of human body parts, space elevator, mind meld, immortality, and tailor made babies. Out of these “technologies” I am most interested in: the smart fridge, hearing as you touch, and the cloning of human body parts. I think that the smart fridge in a very clever technology to have in your house - because who wouldn’t want to come home from a long day at work and have their fridge give them options for dinner. Too often we come home from a hard day at work. and have to contemplate the possible choices of recipes our sparsely stocked fridge might contain. This technology would help to end this dilemma. The hearing as you touch is a highly smart technology because it can help more people understand the words they’re looking at, especially if the text is in another language. This would be a smart investment for those who enjoy traveling. The cloning of human body parts is such a futuristic technology that it’s hard to grasp the concept. But if scientist are able to succeed in their attempts, it’s possible that this new technology could help save the lives of various patients with organ failure.
