Well, google is planning on a program called "area 120," It's main goal is to allow people who worked for the company to work on their personal projects while getting paid for it. Say you work full time for google, one fifth of your time will be dedicated to your own personal project. While the idea seems cool, it hasn't yet been confirmed. It is a great step forward for the company and those who want to build and create. Imagine the people of color and different backgrounds coming together to make the life of others better.
