Kids reactions to old computers

The YouTube video, uploaded by Fine Brother’s Entertainment, titled “KIDS REACT TO OLD COMPUTERS” showcases children’s reaction to a technologically outdated computer. The producers, continuing this informal experiment, ask the children to do tasks that one would consider simple on the computer; such as, turn it on, turn it off, print, play a game, solve a math problem, and so on. However, as the video’s audience progresses in pace you come to realize that the simple tasks quickly become daunting for the children when technological difference are made apparent. Because of the variance in computers, many of the kids in the video were unable to turn on the historic device without further instructions. I found this video to be relevant to our culture because it highlighted just how far we have advanced and how those advancements have created a more convenient, and user-friendly computer. Also, this video was appealing because of its humor. I felt I was a perfect audience age because I am old enough to remember using a similar colossal device but young enough to appreciate the hilarity of kids trying to operate one.
