It can read your levels through touch of your skin as well as from your breath. This would be an outstanding new development that would keep people safe, have cops focusing on more pressing matters, and keep the number of people in our jails lower. The MONEY that is spent on DUI'S is substantial, if you are pulled over even for a broken tail light and they notice you are under the influence you will go from a fix it ticket that will only cost you the amount of your tail light to having to pay $10,000 or more, and in some cases losing your job.
