Turning Green?

In China, Scientist built new solar panels that not only work in the sun but covert rain drop as a source of energy. You can see here for yourself. I believe this a great step for China because they are one of the higher polluters in the world. They are doing their effort to reverse the damage they've done. Not only that but with this new technology, solar panels can now be useful in areas where the sun doesn't come out as often. In example would be Washington. Here we have such crazy weather where the sun is out and then it starts raining. Having this technology and perfecting it and if it can be distributed can probably reverse some of the damage. I wonder what is next....
